With the significant increase in fermentation processes for the production of biofuels, such as, for example the production of alcohol from sugar cane and other derivatives, the quantities of anti-foams tend to grow in an exponential curve, predicts the commercial director of Polyorganic Tecnologia, Mauro Majerowicz, “besides the need of usage in served waters with high content of materials that cause foams, but in this specific case the products to be presented in the market should conform to Portaria 393, of May 15th, 1998, law 6360/76 and decree 79094/77 which refers to the low toxicity and biodegradability of the raw materials used for this application” he adds.
Polyorganic has developed in Brazil a technology in observation with the European trend for oil and esteramide free highly soluble and biodegradable anti-foam products for the treatment of served waters, as well as keeping on line silicone oil based auto-emulsionable products for diverse segments of the market.
“Our products tend to effluent treatment systems, chemical reactions and fermentations, cleaning products, textile auxiliaries, agricultural defensives and glues and adhesives, among others”, finalizes Majerowicz.
